Cool, literally. That is a factory (Dodge) designed hood scoop, available as a scoop or full fiberglass lift off hod for the 1969 440 6 pak Super Bee from a lot of restoration parts companies. That must be really good for catching air for the passenger compartment

Lupus, a disease so rare, a drifter is using her race car to raise awareness of it.

Christine Seprish is using her race car as a way to raise awareness of systemic lupus erythematosus, a chronic, inflammatory autoimmune disorder that affects the joints, kidneys, skin, lungs, heart, blood, blood vessels, nervous system and brain. It occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys healthy body tissue.

She’s a drift racer.

Her father was a race-car driver. Her three brothers raced. And she raced anything she could — cars, trail motorcycles and even bicycles.

Today, she is the only woman racing in regional pro and amateur circuits of “drifting”.
